Article IV - Spectators

Spectators will be allowed in designated areas and the start and finishing lines and at BUT NOT WITHIN the transition areas. Spectators WILL NOT be allowed in official race meetings, within marked staging areas at the start and finishing lines, at checkpoints, or within marked transitions areas.
